1. HYDRAULIC CYLINDER WELDING MACHINE [BOTTOM AND BAR WELDING]

                      

EQUIPMENT DISCRIPTION:                                                                                                                    

It is used for automatic welding of circular welding seam in barrel and axis, such as transmission shaft, axle, hydraulic ram, puncher, piston stem, pressure container, water tank, tube union, flange, muffler, air reservoir, air compressor, and so on. Welder is pneumatic controlled and work piece is on the support rollers.

The process of auto-control welding: Work piece locked by tail cylinder → Torch move down by pneumatic → Circular seam welding → Reset.

You can set how many circles to weld, and oscillation device is standard parts. It is very easy for you to weld different parts.
